To submit a warranty claim, all products must be returned to Pro Co Sound prepaid with a brief description of the warranty issue. Include a dated copy of the sales slip or other proof of purchase, your name and return shipping address. Qualifying items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and shipped to the return address provided via normal ground service.
